Villacrusis Labs was registered in Makati City in August 2026 as the studio behind nine years of independent engineering work and NudgeNow. It is deliberately a studio of one. Agencies quote you a team and hand the work to whoever is free; here the engineer you brief is the one who designs, builds, launches and answers the phone afterwards. My name and my DTI registration are on every project.

Payments on three continents’ rails

I have shipped GCash, Maya and PayMongo payments in the Philippines, Stripe card and ACH payments with state-specific fee rules in the United States, and bank linking with identity checks for a regulated wage-advance fintech in Australia. For a Philippine SME that means the payment, booking or inquiry flow on your site is built by someone who has done it where the rules are strictest.

NudgeNow

In 2026 I founded NudgeNow, a follow-up CRM for Filipino financial advisors: a personal website, a client funnel and automatic follow-ups for ₱299 a month. It is live with paying users and is the clearest proof of what a custom CRM built around a real process looks like. Read the case study.
