Services
Villacrusis Labs provides software engineering services — landing pages, business websites, custom CRMs and web apps, and website rescue and maintenance — delivered by Harold Villacrusis. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed per engagement in a written proposal or contract, which prevails over these general terms. Prices published on this website are starting prices; the written quote is the price you pay.
Quotes & payment
All work is quoted per project. Unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract: proposals are valid for 30 days, work begins on receipt of the agreed deposit, and invoices are payable within 14 days. An official receipt is issued for every payment.
Intellectual property
On full payment, clients receive the rights to the custom work product as defined in the engagement contract. Pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how remain with Villacrusis Labs. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in the client's name from the start.
