Services
Villacrusis Labs provides software engineering services — product frontend builds, full-stack MVP builds, CMS marketing sites, and codebase audits — delivered by Harold Villacrusis. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed per engagement in a written proposal or contract, which prevails over these general terms.
Quotes & payment
All work is quoted per project. Unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract: proposals are valid for 30 days, work begins on receipt of the agreed deposit, and invoices are payable within 14 days.
Intellectual property
On full payment, clients receive the rights to the custom work product as defined in the engagement contract. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how remain with Villacrusis Labs.
