Privacy Policy

Who I am

Villacrusis Labs is the software engineering studio of Harold Villacrusis, based in Makati, Metro Manila. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how it is used.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business name (optional), project details, budget range (optional) and the page you sent the form from.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, the pages people read and whether the contact form was sent, so I can see which pages bring inquiries. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (for example _ga) that give your browser a random identifier; it does not receive your name, email or anything you type into the form. Advertising features, remarketing and ad personalisation are switched off. Google may process this data on servers outside the Philippines under its own privacy policy. To opt out, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies for this site in your browser. Cloudflare, which serves the site, may also record cookieless performance and traffic statistics. This site does not sell personal data.

If you click OK on the cookie notice, the site also loads the Meta Pixel, which sets Meta cookies (for example _fbp) and reports page views, contact clicks and sent inquiries to Meta so that Facebook and Instagram ads for Villacrusis Labs can be measured. Nothing is loaded if you choose “No thanks”, and you can change your cookie choice at any time.

How it is used

Contact form submissions are delivered to my business inbox via Resend (an email delivery provider) and are used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. They are not added to any marketing list.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@villacrusislabs.com.
