The business and the problem
A fitness brand operates studios in four countries. Each market has its own offers, prices, locations and legal pages, but the brand, the design and most of the content are shared. The old setup meant four near-copies of a website drifting apart, a marketing team waiting on developers for every page, and search rankings to protect during the move.
What was built
One codebase, four countries
A single Next.js application serves every market. The country is part of the address, and every page knows which market it belongs to, so prices, offers and legal text are always the right ones for the visitor.
Pages the marketing team composes themselves
The marketing team builds pages from a library of sections in Contentful — hero, offer, studio list, FAQ, testimonial — without a developer. A new campaign page is a morning's work for a marketer, not a ticket in a developer's queue.
Fast static delivery with automatic refresh
Pages are generated ahead of time and served from the edge, so they load fast on any connection. When a marketer publishes a change, only the affected pages are regenerated, within minutes, without a deployment.
Search rankings protected through the move
Every existing address, title, description and structured-data block was inventoried and carried across, with redirects for anything that moved, so the brand kept what it had earned in search.
What changed
Four websites became one, campaign pages stopped waiting on developers, and page loads got faster on the mobile connections most visitors use.
What this means for an SME project
A Philippine SME website has the same shape at a smaller scale: a set of sections the owner can rearrange, pages that load fast on prepaid data, and search titles that are set correctly from day one. This is the pattern I use for business websites, and it is why the price starts where it does — the platform work has already been done at four-country scale. See the business website service, starting at ₱45,000, and the guide to how much a website costs in the Philippines for where that sits against the market.
Stack
Next.js with Contentful as the CMS over GraphQL, statically generated with incremental regeneration, and per-country routing from one deployment.
